Very simply, these are some of the feelings that are synonyms for the feeling of "peace" ~ awareness, present, clear, stillness, complete, whole, serenity, tranquility, free, fulfilled, glowing, being, calm, perfection (even imperfection). Would you rather be choosing from a sense of "complete, whole, enough, centred, clear", rather than choosing from 'being afraid, doubtful' (eg only). The source for these synonyms comes from The Sedona Method book.
By 'peacefulness' we are really referring to being ''at peace". So we have created pillow cases with the emotions we feel 'support' ultimately, peace, happiness and harmony starting with your innate and wise self.
Creating these pillow cases is a way for us to also be promoting the message of safe harm free in intimacy, and inviting the inner discovery of a deeper wisdom through releasing emotions for recognising and choosing, as best can be, to be with a partner who has a "gentle nature and tender heart"(as well as other critical values such as truthful and respectful). We recommend The Sedona Method for emotional releasing and the discovery of innate wisdom through the inner exploration. Is there an innate wisdom?
I know it is not always easy (and perhaps it could be with support for releasing emotions) for recognising, & choosing that to be happening. On an external level, perhaps, just one simple message at the right time, may also, be a turning point.
The pillow cases could be helpful for a softer approach to inviting your 'bestie' friend to confide in you, so that you may support her to have appropriate help, if you suspect there is a lot amiss with her apparent 'intimate partner' who wants to hide the 'relationship', and not acknowledge that it even exists. Perhaps you and your hubby may have some new pillow cases that you found really supportive, and you want to show them to her , and share the emotional releasing resource .... or even just point her to information that could really help.
May this focus on 'emotions' upon the pillow cases become "the norm" in intimacy, so we can begin to clean up all the violations. Yet, it is also felt that the inner discovery is critical. For some, I hope this project has allowed you to begin to be more supported in your external environment, and more focused on some of the feelings that are worth taking critical notice of, if they are, indeed, lacking. May it be a gentle reminder that is all right to honour yourself for some self care for getting and having more support.

The answer to the above question can be experienced in the exercise below. It is an exercise where you can actually "experience" the answer (rather then be told it, if you are open to it. The exercise comes from one of the "happiest and wisest" men I have ever met and his name is Hale Dwoskin. He is the Lead Instructor of The "Letting Go" technique (The Sedona Method). The point re "happiness" in this article is about "being" the happiness and 'feeling' into it.
So, can you think of a situation where you felt really happy? Can you allow yourself to feel into that happiness right now? Can you think of a different situation where you felt really happy? Can you allow yourself to feel into that happiness now? Can you notice that, even though there are two completely different situations, the feeling of happiness is the same from within. It seems the source of the happiness is from within. So what is the source of happiness? (Just allow what ever comes to mind, if anything, no right or wrong answer here.) And if it is even more than that, what is the source of happiness? And if it is even more than that, what is the source of happiness? Can you notice how the mind is quiet/quieter, it has cleared, is 'at peace' and is aware. It is usually coming from the higher "feeling" & "sensing" - the source. Perhaps, it is a still and 'spacious' awareness that allows for all energy in motion, “e-motion”. You can do the beginning of this exercise any time you want to 'experience' the feeling 'happiness'.
