No matter what amount of external inspirational quotes and information .... sometimes there can still be that feeling of self doubt lingering in the mind, even if its just a hint of it !  "I know I should be confident but I just dont FEEL it. "  

Some examples where self doubt can arise are: 
Im not good enough to achieve my dream/priority goal.
I allow myself to have a wonderful new job. 
I allow myself to move to a better place.
I am prosperous. 
I love my body, face, wrinkles, nose, freckles. 
All these statements can stir up the feeling of doubt.

​The good news is the feeling of 'doubt' is just a feeling ... it is an e-motion = energy in motion !

Feelings come and go ... you are not that unwanted feeling and it can be let go, or you can hold onto it if you want .... but that probably hasn't been all that effective by doing so ! In my experience, it is much more powerful to create from a feeling of love, rather than a sense of  "Lack".
