Just have to acknowledge the more gentler, softer side of creativity here, inspiring a sense of 'peacefulness' ..... This is actually something you can eat (yet, not the floating pillow!!!) , and was created by World Renown Chef Heston Blumenthal. It is wonderful to have our 'male gender' putting that gentler, softer and more peaceful creativity out in the world. "Peace" after all is one of the top emotions to live from and as. The amazing tree above is a 10 min drive from where I live in Australia, and I can't help but notice its spectacular beauty each time I drive past it. It is also in a place where the aurora lights have been spotted recently (from Braddon's Lookout, Tasmania). I am not quite sure of its exact age but it must have been growing for years. Perhaps, it is a reminder of what nature can sometimes teach us .... to grow with the flow! It is also, often referred to as "go with the flow" !!
In my experience, it seems this tree has had many twists and turns , with an ease and flow, to grow to where it is and 'as it is', right now. It is also interesting with nature's example of a "rip" in the ocean. It is advised to swim with the flow of the 'rip' in order to be free of it. This is because it is much easier to 'go with the flow' of the current, than against it, in order to be free of it.
So how can this 'grow with the flow" be put into action? One of my mentors has pointed out that there is much greater ease and flow if we are for the solution rather than against the 'problem'. A quick specific example gets this point across effectively. It came from a nutritionist who suggested if we all went to the supermarket and just purchased organic food, then our supermarkets would bring in more of that food because that is what is being sold the most.
So what could you do to turn an "against the problem" into a "for the solution" in your life, that is for the greatest, 'safest' and best good of all ? Or what can you continue to support being 'for the solution'? It's really about dissolving resistance and allowing greater ease and flow for any change that needs to evolve. My mind was quite clear prior to walking on this May, 2018 day as I had been participating in an emotional releasing course online. So when I ventured out on my walk ... I was able to notice my surroundings from a 'clearer awareness'. Ive walked this way on many occasions and on this particular walk I just stopped to notice the evening sun as it began to 'set'. I noticed the stillness all around and the reflection of the environment on the beach shoreline. I was able to just 'check in' with that stillness of nature , at its best, as the sun began to set.
So, in the future I will ensure that my mind is cleared before I take that walk by applying techniques such as 'letting go' emotional releasing or meditation, and then go on out for that walk and notice nature from a deeper, more peaceful level from within my self! Kinda like nature in "High Definition" from that clear, more aware presence, of the moment!! So it's "happy walking" as you reveal that peace that is always within you! 💕
