Can you make your home or room, the most peaceful , relaxing and serene home in the world , for you ? This can enhance that natural 'serenity' that you were born with , whilst you are "doing and having" what you want and need.
So what can you do to make some changes, to add and/or let go of any 'non serenity', especially when you are in transition and/or have moved home, or are about to move home ? I have a love for nature photography and my home has many of my products of real nature photography within it, as well as a number of real indoor plants which I find enhances that 'peacefulness' that I already am too. You can also make a specific area in a room as a 'serenity space' or even a whole room to specifically be a yoga room and or meditation room. Although, why limit that sense of 'meditation' to just one room ? There are many relaxing products that can enhance you, in your home and the home itself as a sanctuary and a serenity haven. Candles and essential oils are just two examples. I know on a personal level, that a sense of 'being at peace' supports effortless creativity, and scientific research supports that too. What will you notice about the peaceful power within you, that ultimately does not need 'power' because it is already 'at peace'? There are also many health and wellbeing, relationship and even success benefits from ensuring your home is a very peaceful and serene one. Deepest wisdom is prevalent when you are 'present' and aware in that very moment of now .... and even beyond that! Choosing relationship from a depth of who you truly are can be extremely effective. Taking the lead of your life is very important as opposed to handing over you inner "peace-fullness" to another, whom may even be attempting to coerce your mind and hence . . . you! You can get some help with that too. In my experience, I found emotional releasing a most wonderful resource that enhanced who I already was and for releasing any toxic past which many of us unfortunately experience in our life time.  1. See slide show below (6 slides in total) for a very quick summary of the overall "DIY how to". 2. Obtain a mug - grab your own favourite mug OR one already "room labelled" (more info on the specific labelled and personalised mugs can be viewed here: http://www.gearbubble.com/kitchenoilsmug). Keep your Essential Oil Packaging cardboard tube that you received your Oils in ~ that holds either 2 to 4 oils. Gather your favourite/most used oils and note where you want to place your mug/s in your home (usually where you most use them). 3. I find I use oils in my bedroom (usually relaxation oils), bathroom (relaxing or energising oils), kitchen (cooking or drinking oils) and laundry (for cleaning such as thieves, eucalyptus based oil blends). Therefore, this is where I want my 'storage mug' to be kept and 'on show' so it is immediately handy to use, and aesthetically pleasing!! 4. Decorate your cardboard tubing to match your room/s and mug/s. Have fun with this, I used ribbon/tie/wrapping paper/marker pens. 5. I find I can store 8 x 15ml Essential Oil Bottles, in a mug at once. Definitely 2 x large cardboard tubes per mug (1 large tube fits a total of 4 oils, mug holds 2 x tubes). Lid of Oil will just show at the top of the large tube with 4 bottles in the one large tube in the mug! 6. I also labelled which oils I have in the tube. You can do this on computer in fancy text and print it out, if you know how, or just label them yourself and place on the end of the tube with some sticky tape. If you have a permanent pen/s, that will also work. 7.
